Terraria fence – There is spring in the air, and house and garden may need a thorough check. If you also need a new fence, or if the hedge is to be studied, then step carefully towards your neighbor. Where does the divide go? Before you start planting a new hedge or erecting a new fence, you should have complete control of where the divide goes between your and your neighbor’s reason. The location of the shell has, for example, significance for where to place a new hedge. If you and your neighbor are in doubt about where the disturbance goes, try to find the old sidewalks between your grounds. You can also contact a country inspector. If you subsequently disagree on the location of the shell, a so-called divorce business must settle the case.
In most cases, your insurance covers the cost of the divorce business, including for example, legal counsel and the land inspector. If, on the other hand, you disagree on e.g. the height of the fence, it is instead the municipality’s view of the fence that you must turn to. What are common, own and inner fences? Different rules apply, depending on where the fence is located in relation to the shell. Both own and inner fences are located on your own grounds, while a common fence must stand right in the middle of the gorge. Own fence is most often parallel to the shell line and is located less than 1.75 meters from the shell. Before changing the appearance of your own fence, you must follow the rules of the fence law.
An inner fence, on the other hand, either does not follow the line of the shell or stands more than 1.75 meters from the shell. For example, if you plant a tall shrub two meters from the shell, it is not covered by the fence law, and you decide for yourself height and appearance. However, you must pay attention to the general rules of the neighboring council, which, for example, say that wood and planting must not be a nuisance or danger to personal safety and building damage.
What rules apply to common denominations?
If you and your neighbor are planning a new common denominator, you must set height and appearance yourself, and typically you must share expenses and maintenance tasks. Remember, however, to check if there are any covenants for your grounds or area that limit your common denominator. If only you want to change the common denominator, there are some rules that you must adhere to.
